French silverplated
An elegant, small, heavy jug with a classic shape, a curved spout, and a hinged lid with a knob. Made of silverplated features a simple, period-typical design that dates to the late 1800s and early 1900s.
The "Porte Jaune" stamp indicates a French manufacturer/retailer of silverplated attests to the high quality of the silver plating. The teapot holds approximately 35 cl and is perfect as an individual teapot for serving tea or hot chocolate.
A beautiful patina with signs of wear that highlight its age and authentic character.
