Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

To initiate a return, please contact us at mia@fransk-brocante.dk. Please note that returned items must be sent to the following address: Fransk Brocante, Smallegade 28, 2000 Frederiksberg

Damages and issues
You must examine your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the problem and get it fixed.

Remember that we deal in vintage goods, so you can't expect the product to be new. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you received. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase of the new item.

EU 14-day cooling-off period Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation, if the item is shipped to the EU. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unused, labeled and in the original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and examined your returned item and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method within 10 working days. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post.
