When you shop in our webshop
All items purchased in the webshop include VAT and are stated in DKK. Freight is calculated in the process if the item is to be shipped.
If they are picked up at Smallegade 28, there is no shipping charge. The shipping price is from 50 kr. depending on weight.
Once you have made a purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.
You can pay with standard credit cards, and the amount will not be charged until the item has been shipped.
Reservation
You can only reserve items that are posted on Instagram—and you can only do so until they are shipped to Denmark and listed on the online store.
Privacy Policy
When you purchase an item and provide your information, you can trust that we will handle it securely and confidentially. Your personal information will only be used and stored for the purposes for which it was collected.

Delivery
Since we purchase our products in France, delivery times are slightly longer, and we always send a follow-up email with the shipping date, which may be up to two weeks after we receive your order.
We apologize that it's a bit difficult to understand our deliveries, but if you are in doubt, please contact us. We can give you an estimated delivery date very quickly.
NOTE! We pack your goods in reusable packaging to save on costs, which benefits you in the end.
Gift Card
Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of issue.
If you change your mind about your purchase
If you made a purchase from our online store, you have 14 days to cancel your order and are entitled to a full refund. If an item is not eligible for exchange, this will be noted on the product page.
If you choose to return an item, it must be returned in the same condition as you received it and securely wrapped.
If you wish to return an item you purchased from our online store, you are responsible for the shipping costs, and you must also notify us that the package is on its way so that we can provide you with the return address.
Right to Return
As a consumer, you have a 2-year warranty—and this also applies to used items. However, please note that the item is not being purchased as new, so you cannot file a complaint regarding prior wear and tear, imperfections, etc.
VAT charged
Since we sell used goods, these are sold in accordance with the provisions of Section 17 of the VAT Act. Therefore, you cannot claim a VAT deduction on the goods you purchase from us.
