Faïencerie de Saint-Jean de Bretagne was founded in 1943 in Morbihan, Brittany, and is known for their colorful, hand-painted motifs inspired by the traditions of the region. In particular, the factory produced unique faience pieces with geometric patterns, floral ornaments and bright colors, which is also reflected in the beautiful design of this plate.
