Old milk jug from Lustucru - iconic French design from the 1920-30s
Charming vintage milk jug from the French pasta brand Lustucru, known for their blue and white checkered design. The jug dates back to the 1920-30s, when the brand really made its mark with their distinctive visual identity.
On the front is the slogan "Les pâtes aux œufs frais " - a term Lustucru used in the interwar period to emphasize the quality of their pasta, made with fresh eggs.
Despite its age, the jug is well preserved, with only a small chip on the foot (see pictures). It serves both as a decorative collector's item and as an authentic detail in a French country kitchen.
