Antique French confit jar
Original French confit jar made of thick, clear glass. Absolutely beautiful, with very little patina. Originally, this type of jar was used for jam or other preserves, with a cloth tied over the top. The older models never had screw-on lids, unlike the newer ones.
Perfect as a lampshade, as the thick glass creates a beautiful reflection.
