Sarreguemines Asparagus Platter
An original French asparagus dish from Sarreguemines, finished in the finest pastel blue glaze.
The plate is designed with a shell-shaped indentation at the bottom to hold melted butter or hollandaise sauce, while the embossed grooves along the rim keep the asparagus spears perfectly in place.
