What does pre-order mean?
A pre-order means that you can pre-order an item that is not yet in stock. This ensures that the item is reserved for you as soon as we receive it.
When will my pre-order be shipped?
Delivery time varies depending on when the item arrives at our warehouse in Denmark. On the product page you can see the expected delivery time. We always notify you by email when the item is on its way.
Do I pay immediately for a pre-order?
Yes, payment is made when ordering. This way, the item is reserved for you and you are assured that it will not be sold out before it reaches the warehouse.
Can I combine pre-orders and in-stock items in the same order?
Yes, but please note that the order will only be shipped together when all items are in stock. If you want the in-stock items faster, we recommend making two separate orders.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Of course. You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. If you want to cancel your pre-order before delivery, simply contact us and we will help you further.
What happens if the item is delayed?
We will always keep you updated via email if there are any changes to the delivery time. You can cancel your pre-order at any time if the waiting time does not suit you.
