A pre-order means that you can reserve an item that is not yet in stock. This ensures that the item is reserved for you as soon as we receive it.

When will my pre-order be shipped?
Delivery time varies depending on when the item arrives at our warehouse in Denmark. You can see the expected delivery time on the product page. We always notify you by email when the item is on its way.

Do I pay immediately for a pre-order?
Yes, payment is processed at the time of ordering. This reserves the item for you and ensures it does not sell out before it arrives at our warehouse.

Can I combine pre-orders and items in stock in the same order?
Yes, but please note that the order will only be shipped once all items are in stock. If you would like the in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.

Can I cancel a pre-order?
Of course. You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. If you wish to cancel your pre-order before delivery, simply contact us and we will assist you.

What happens if the item is delayed?
