When you shop in our webshop
All items purchased in the webshop include VAT and are stated in DKK and Euros. Shipping is calculated in the process if the item needs to be shipped.

If they are picked up at Smallegade 28, 2000 Frederiksberg, Denmark, there is no shipping charge. Shipping costs start at EUR 20.95, depending on weight.

Once you have made a purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.

It is possible to pay with a standard payment card and the money will only be withdrawn once the item has been shipped.

Reservation
It is only possible to reserve the items that are posted on Instagram - and it is only possible until they depart for Denmark and are posted on the webshop.

Privacy Policy
When you purchase an item and provide your information, you can trust that we will treat the information securely and confidentially. Your personal information will only be used and stored for the purposes for which it was collected.

Delivery
Since we purchase goods in France, the delivery time is a little longer and we always send an email afterwards with the shipping time, which can be up to 2 weeks after the order is received.

We apologize that it is a bit difficult to understand our deliveries, but if you are in doubt, please contact us. We can give you an expected delivery date very quickly.

NOTE! We pack your items in recyclable packaging to save costs, which benefits you in the end.

Gift card
Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of issue.

If you regret your purchase
If you have purchased from the webshop, you can cancel within 14 days and you are entitled to a full refund. If there is no exchange service for the item, this will be stated on the product page.

If you choose to return an item, it must be returned in the same condition as you received it and securely packaged.

If you wish to return an item that you have purchased on the webshop, you must be responsible for the shipping costs yourself and you must also inform us that the package is on its way so that we can send you the return address.

Right of complaint
As a consumer, you have a 2-year warranty - and this also applies to used goods. However, you should be aware that the goods are not purchased new and therefore you cannot complain about previous wear and tear, distortions, etc.

Used VAT
Since we deal in used goods, these are sold according to the rules of the Danish VAT Act Section 17. You cannot therefore deduct the VAT on the goods you buy from us.
